Fine Art photography for sale.

The general difference between Fine Art and Stock Photography (for me at least), is the use and general appearance. I want to define this so you feel comfortable that your art work purchases will be unique and not a "common thing".

First, Stock Photography has a general use in marketing where the appearance of the photograph would fit any situation in which it's used. The art can be used over and over again and represents an idea or concept. The photograph can be used frequently in the market without the the art work losing it's value. It's considered "common".

Second, by using a cliché, Fine Art is a "work of art" this describes its use. It's time, thought, vision, and imagination which represents the photograph with exclusivity and not by duplication in advertising or media. The effort is to maintain a unique representation of the work.
